| ...and a little something about me: I was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area during the 60s, and frolicked along the California coast and coastal mountains most of my life. But when the expense of living in California became too great, I moved myself and my sons to Arizona. During that transition, I was able to return to making jewelry for a living, and "retire" from commercial art. I live in Jerome, Arizona, a little artist community in the hills of central Arizona. Jerome was once a copper mining town, back in the days when it was considered the Wickedest Town in the West! Now, it is just a place where less than 500 residents live. For my creations, I use cultured freshwater pearls and seashells from all over the world, seaglass from the Isle of Arran, as well as world-renown Swarovski crystal. I remain somewhat unconventional in my approach to "business", and I currently have my pieces in two locations in Arizona: Treasures (also my studio) in Jerome, and Kuivato Gallery at Tlaquepaque, Sedona.
